Bug Buddies

Bug Buddies

Bug Buddies are a stackable, magnetic bug block for children ages 2-8. This concept was designed in collaboration with Chronicle Books who wanted to expand into the educational toy market. Each bug was laser cut and then had a magnetic backing applied to each surface.

Anthropologie Visual Display

Anthropologie Visual Display

This window display was based off of William Morris's textile patterns. The goal was to represent Anthropologie's brand, invite customers into the store and give the store a feeling of autumn (even though it was blazing hot in Los Angeles!)

Each background piece was cut out of cardboard then covered in a mixture of glue and sand to give it some texture. Then they were painted a variety of reds and oranges and finally attached to each other. The leaves and squirrels at the top of the display were covered in copper foil. Each piece was made by hand and was displayed at the Anthropologie at the Grove during Fall 2015.

Anthropologie at The Grove in Los Angeles was the first location to start selling lingerie. I had the opportunity to design and create the interior layout and displays for the lingerie section of the store. The displays pictured here are made from vintage hangers and salvaged railing posts.

Kitchen Robot Renderings

Kitchen Robot Renderings

The Slap Chop and Stiromatic are kitchen products that were designed in Rhinoceros and rendered in V-ray. The Slap Chop is an existing product on the market that I enhanced by adjusting some of the previous designs as well as making it rechargeable. The Stiromatic is a self-stirring robot that sits in any pot, pan or dish. There are three speed settings and the legs are fully adjustable to accommodate multiple pot sizes.

Kale Cup
